Soultouch Reflexology is operated by Derek Johnston, offering reflexology therapy from our practice location. Mobile appointments are available on request — travel charges apply. Contact: [email protected].

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. If your practitioner is unable to provide treatment, you will be notified as soon as possible and your appointment will be rescheduled.

A £10 deposit is required at the time of booking and is deducted from your treatment cost. The remaining balance is due before or during your appointment.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund of the £10 deposit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in loss of the deposit. We may refuse treatment if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred appointment date, and treatment type. This information is used solely to manage your booking and provide our services, on the lawful basis of contract performance.

We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. Booking data is retained for up to 12 months and securely deleted when no longer required.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
